Christine Croft

With over 10 years of experience, Christine represents residential landlords in matters before the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB). Her work focuses on Above Guideline Rent Increase (AGI) applications, eviction proceedings, and complex tenancy disputes under Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act.

At Gobin & Leyenson LLP, Christine works directly with residential landlords to assess their legal position, prepare applications, and guide them through the procedural requirements of Landlord and Tenant Board proceedings.

She regularly assists landlords with AGI applications based on capital expenditures, extraordinary operating costs, and municipal tax increases.

Christine is known for her ability to manage and structure extensive documentation while conducting detailed legal research on complex tenancy issues, helping landlords navigate challenging regulatory and procedural questions.
