Prior to entering the legal profession, Ilan spent more than twenty-five years working closely with clients in a service-oriented environment, developing valuable experience in communication, conflict resolution, and client advocacy. This experience provides him with valuable insight into the challenges individuals and businesses face when disputes arise.

Ilan completed the Law Society of Ontario-accredited Paralegal Program at George Brown Polytechnic, graduating at the top of his class.
