Irina Karyakina

Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario since 2013, Irina Karyakina has extensive experience representing residential landlords before the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board. Her practice includes non-payment of rent, persistent late payment, eviction proceedings, repayment arrangements, post-order proceedings, and other disputes arising under Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.

Irina brings more than a decade of licensed practice to Gobin & Leyenson LLP, representing both individual and corporate landlords. She is experienced in preparing matters for hearing, organizing evidence, negotiating resolutions, and advocating for landlords before the LTB.

Irina graduated with Honours from the Paralegal Program at triOS College and completed the Osgoode Certificate in Provincial Offences Court Practice through Osgoode Professional Development. She is also a Notary Public for Ontario and is fluent in English and Russian.
