Kimberly Lahtinen-Horenburg

Kimberly received a diploma in Paralegal Studies from Durham College, for which she received honours for high academic performance.

She has paralegal experience both as a sole practitioner and subsequently an associate at Gobin & Leyenson LLP, in relation to civil litigation before the Small Claims Court, residential tenancy law, and human rights.

She represents clients before the various courts and tribunals, in Ontario, with a focus on contract disputes and employment law before the Small Claims Court, human rights litigation, and landlord advocacy representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board.
