Yuliya has over 8 years of experience representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes and civil litigation matters. She focuses primarily on proceedings before the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) and Small Claims Court, assisting clients with disputes involving tenancy issues, rent arrears, contractual conflicts, and other civil matters within the paralegal scope of practice.

Yuliya works closely with clients of Gobin & Leyenson LLP to assess the strengths of their case, develop a practical litigation strategy, and guide them through the procedural requirements. Her approach emphasizes thorough preparation, clear communication, and careful organization of evidence, which are critical elements in successful tribunal advocacy.
