Ontario has too many provincial statutes too list on our website, under which a person may face a prosecution. The general penalty authorized by section 61 of the Provincial Offences Act for committing an offence for which a penalty is not otherwise expressly provided by law is a maximum fine of $5,000.
If you are charged with an offence that is governed by the Provincial Offences Act but is not mentioned on our website, contact us and we will let you know whether we can assist you, or help you to find another legal professional who can.
